Margaret Manning

 I took my first yoga class when I was a freshman in college and I realized on the very first day that I had found something special.

 

Over the past several years, my practice has evolved as my life has changed. In 2011, I took my first Vinyasa Flow yoga class and I loved the fun and freedom that I had in this style of practice.

 

I got certified to teach yoga through Yoga London in 2016. I now lead a dynamic flow yoga class which builds strength, balance and flexibility. I specialize in breaking down challenging poses into easy to conquer pieces which allows students to make great progress in their physical yoga practice.

 

I love teaching to upbeat music and creating an atmosphere of positivity in my classes. I want my students to get a good workout, and leave my class feeling relaxed.

My Yoga Philosophy

I believe that yoga is a joyful experience that helps connect, body, breath and mind. I practice a creative, uplifting and free- spirited style of yoga. I teach this style of yoga which allows the student to have an authentic experience in a safe and adaptable environment.  I believe a solid yoga practice can contribute to a lifetime of feelings of fulfillment, gratitude, self-esteem and peace. A yogi can take her practice with her wherever she goes all around the world, aware that no matter what life brings, the breath is always there to offer guidance.
